GymFlow provides business education, consulting, and advisory services for personal trainers, online coaches, and fitness business owners. We are not a regulated financial, legal, medical, or tax advisor. Information provided through our Services is for educational and commercial-strategy purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in any regulated profession.
Any income, revenue, client-growth, or business-outcome figures referenced on this website, in our content, or during calls are examples only. They are not promises or guarantees. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market conditions, and execution. By engaging with us you acknowledge that we cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial or business outcome.
Discovery calls are free. Paid services, retainers, programs, and any future subscription products are billed at the rates and intervals communicated at the point of purchase. Unless explicitly stated in writing in a signed agreement, fees paid for digital products, consulting time, and program access are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or access has been granted. Statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
You agree to provide accurate information, attend booked calls on time, implement recommendations in good faith, and communicate openly throughout any engagement. Failure to show up to scheduled calls without 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited.

We use third-party platforms including but not limited to Cal.com (scheduling), Skool (community), Instagram, YouTube, and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. GymFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of the Services at our discretion for breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel any ongoing subscription or retainer in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this section reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
